Gabbro

Gabbro: with dense magnesium-iron (mafic) minerals at the base of each layer transitioning into light-coloured, less dense feldspar in the upper part of each layer (magmatic modal layering).

Gabbro: with 50% 1-mm mafic minerals.

Gabbro: with 25% mafic phenocrysts (speckled 2.111 Ga Griffin gabbro). 

Gabbro: 40% mafic minerals, 60% feldspar and one feldspar phenocryst (large crystal).
